A debit or credit card number is requested for room bookings, all major cards are taken. Unfortunately we are unable to offer single occupancy rooms at weekends. There is a two night minimum stay required at weekends.
Dinner Reservations
Due to the popularity of our restaurant tables for lunch or dinner need to be booked in advance. For tables 8 persons or over credit card details or £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required. There is a cancellation fee of £10 per person for tables over 8 persons.
Children under 10 years old are welcome in the restaurant at lunchtimes and for private parties.
Check-in time
Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Different check-in or checkout times will need to be made by prior arrangement only.
Children
All children under 3 years old sharing parents rooms are free. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 sharing parents room will be charged at the rate of £25 per child per night. Cots and folding beds are supplied free of charge on pre-request.
Balance payments
Final bills are to be paid on departure by cash, credit card or cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card. All prices include VAT. Occasionally it may be necessary to change our room rates on special event weekends.
Cancellation
Reservations of a room or a group of rooms cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the room rate per room booked, if we are unable to relet the room. Reservations of a room or a group of rooms cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the room rate per room booked, if we are unable to relet the room.
