| Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style, 30 in a U-shape and up to 28 boardroom style,
syndicate breakout rooms are also available. Our day delegate package includes hire of the main meeting room, flipchart, paper, pens, mineral water, morning coffee and afternoon tea with biscuits, either a 2-course luncheon or lighter buffet. Free Wi-Fi access is also available in all conference areas and guest bedrooms. Lunch is served in the Dining Room or the Grand Ballroom depending on numbers. Lighter options such as a fork buffet or sandwich lunch are also available. Event Rates Day delgate rate: £85.00 per person (including VAT) Minimum numbers x 8. * Please note that an additional room hire charge may be added for numbers less than 8. Syndicate rooms available at £100.00 per day. Any additional technical equipment or furniture required can be hired on a quotation basis.. Cancellation policy From 60 days to 40 days prior to date of conference : 25% of all costs quoted. From 40 days to 28 days prior to date of conference : 50% of all costs quoted. From 28 days to event : 100% of all costs quoted. |
