The perfect setting.
West Stoke House makes the perfect setting for that special party or celebration (of any kind) all year round.
The Blue Dining Room can seat up to 30 people and parties for up to 60 guests can be seated in the Grand Ballroom.
Your booking includes exclusive room use, for a minimum of 25 guests Wednesdays and Thursdays, and for a minimum of 30 guests Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The menu.
West Stoke House has a varied selection of dinner party menus, all created by our Chef Darren Brown, formerly of the Lanesborough Hotel and Monsieur Max Restaurant, London.
You will enjoy fine dining and wine from a varied list, in either the Blue Dining Room or the Grand Ballroom depending on numbers.
Generally prices for a 3-course dinner are around £45.00 per head.
For children under the age of 10, ½ portions are available at a cost of £20.00 per head.
If you do have any special catering needs, such as vegetarians or gluten free meals, please do let us know as early as possible.
Accommodation.
Eight big bedrooms (all double) with swish contemporary bathrooms have views over the rolling Sussex countryside, offering peace and tranquillity to you and your guests. For weekend bookings for dinner parties with 40 or more people it is a requirement to hire the eight double rooms.
Music and entertainment.
Music can be played into all the reception rooms on our in-house music system, or for parties for more than 40 people you may choose to hire a live band or disco for a livelier evening of dancing.
In consideration of our neighbours it is a requirement that any music must stop by 11.30pm and carriages must be arranged to collect all non-residents by midnight.

Terms and conditions.
Following an enquiry, a provisional booking for your date will be held for 10 days.
On approval of quotation, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, as well as a signed copy of our terms and conditions.
For a lunchtime event up to 30 people a £250.00 deposit
For a lunchtime event over 30 people a £500.00 deposit
For an evening event up to 30 people a £350.00 deposit
For an evening event over 30 people a £600.00 deposit
The West Stoke House exclusive use fee is payable 6 weeks before the event. The balance of the quotation to be paid 7 days prior to the event. West Stoke House Limited reserves the right to cancel any booked function as a result of unforeseen circumstances or events outside our control. If we have to do this, we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible, and will refund your deposit. You agree to accept that deposit in full settlement of all claims, costs, losses or damages that you may otherwise have against us arising from the cancellation, and we will have no further liability to you. From booking confirmation to 40 days prior - loss of deposit
From 40 days to 28 days prior - 25% of all known costs
From 28 days to 14 days prior - 50 % of all known costs
From 14 days to event - 100% of all known costs
