michael getgood
Michael studied fine art at Wimbledon School of Art and Borough Road College, and History of Art at University of London. He had his first one man exhibition in 1971 as part of the Merton Arts Festival, and has exhibited regularly in London, Sussex and Hampshire since. He taught at Wimbledon College from 1972 until 1992 and spent the next ten years painting and teaching part-time before returning to teach full time at Wellington College in 2002.
His latest body of work, Dead Men On My Phone, was conceived on a black day in Albert Dock, Liverpool and consists of six paintings, photographs and small multi-media drawings.
